Great place to live. Staff and neighbors are nice. Pet friendly. Not super noisy at night either! If you are looking for comfortable, affordable housing, this is for you!

I love my apartment just not the neighbors upstairs extremely loud. Great community and love the fact that my children are safe and attend an amazing school

Happy with apartment. I dislike how thin the walls and floors are, I can hear my neighbor below me snoring that's how thin they are. I run a fan 24/7 to block out noise. In conjunction, I hate the guilt I feel just walking around my own apartment because the floors creek everywhere you walk and I know can be heard below.

So happy with the washer and dryer replacements, my clothes don't smell burnt when they come out of the dryer anymore. However, others don't treat the facilities nicely and... aren't considerate of others. Will leave the place a mess or leave their clothes for days down there.

Dogs - handful of people don't clean up after their dogs. I've stepped in dog waste at one point. In addition, there are people that leave the gate open (I'm pretty sure out of spite) on the side without a dog waste basket and it's super infuriating to constantly have to walk over to close it. Was easy move in process! Really like the place! Nice and clean! The people are great! I love the pool and the peacefulness. I’m glad we chose here to move into!
