Great location with easy access to the Plaza, the streetcar line, Brookside, and the Nelson! The staff is amazing, and I absolutely love my home, from the beautiful vaulted ceilings to the charming arched doorways. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

We love living at Fountain View! This apartment has a great gym, wonderful pool, nice fire pit area, a cute dog park, and is close to the Plaza and Streercar! The staff are the true stars as the leasing office and maintenance crew are great people.

So far living here has been great! A few things needed fixing at move in but maintenance has been wonderful to help us get that sorted out. Atong was super helpful getting us set up to move in and everyone has been kind and helpful!
