We recently had a mailroom break-in, and our security isn't a priority. The building is constantly a mess. They have a cleaner come through periodically, but they do a total half---- job; the hallways stay dirty and gross even after they have "cleaned." For the price we pay, you'd expect the place to at least be sanitary, but they are failing at the simplest tasks. Between the safety risks and the lack of basic upkeep, this place is not worth it. Look elsewhere!

Trash in hallways for days on end. Unsanitary conditions and slow and dismissive response times from staff regarding issues.

I wouldn’t wish this complex on my worst enemy since the change in ownership to Bridge Property Management- Management is useless (you’re lucky if the team is even on site). Your car will be broken into (management has not prioritized a gated lot). Your packages will be stolen (management has not prioritized a camera or door that shuts to the package parcel). Walls are paper thin and vents are connected; management will do nothing to stop your neighbor from smoking inside 24/7 to the point in... which your clothes soak up the scent despite a clear source and numerous complaints. Management allows parking in the only area to turn around and parking that blocks stair access. Animal owners do not pick up waste with no consequence. You can only rely on the nightly trash service that often does not come because, you guessed it, management does not prioritize a different dumpster that prevents residents from leaving 15 trash bags and miscellaneous items (mattresses, furniture, etc.) on the ground preventing use. The staff and management here is fabulous!!! They always responded in a timely manner, were so helpful everytime. I am so grateful for them and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!!
