The Flats at Minor Park

Raised the rent 100 out the blue , changed management nobody had a clue took forever to fix my place when putting multiple request in have you waiting months … maintenance sucks !!!

Moving in was a breeze, even around New Years. Natasha in the office was an angel and helped us with every question we had within a timely manner. Gorgeous, spacious apartment with a reasonable price.

Just a heads up, I’ve been living in this place for 18mo, my apartment got flooded 7 times since, they never done anything thorough that time, last flooding was yesterday 11/7, the maintenance guy refused to come and take care of the issue unless I was home, when I called the office EMILY the manager told me they don’t have a key to enter, I said I understand and asked her to get a lock box for me to drop my key so they can make a copy, she said I will not buy a lock box “you need to come during... service hours” but I work 7-6 and have no ability to be there during your time, she said “well take off work”…. So again I am left to clean the sewer from my floor, all this going on even though she knows I have funguses growing in my carpet from past flooding and minimal work to fix the issue…. Definitely don’t care about the teanents… add to that that there are drug dealers living in the complex. Do yourself a favor and don’t move here… Read More

Never had the chance to move into the property. Everything seemed fine at first the the office told us there would be a unit we could move into but that never happened. Never received an email that explained why and no one would respond back to me. Don't rely on this management team because there is no guarantee that they will save a place for you or even respond. I am extremely unhappy with how unprofessional this whole process was in the end.

I have arrived to come look at the apartments and they look horrible in real life! I didn’t even get out the car. Drove around just to see if it was just the front that looked a mess but it was the whole complex! Employees were super nice, just not the buildings!
