Lack of communication Placed a work order & happen to look online only to see out was listed as completed when nothing has been done, but the problem was still ongoing only when i called the office was i told anything concerning my maintenance request they just closed it without any communication to the resident at all! Not transparent nor good customer service!

Weed Control I am not seeing a difference in the rock area by the stairs that is outside my bedroom window. It just doesn't appear that all of the weeds where sprayed. I hope you didn't spray my plant. It looks different but it did rain, and now it is laying open in all directions. Why isn't the lawn care company using the weed eaters on these tall weeds? I guess I will buy weed killer and do it myself. Maintenance usually does a great job! Something is different. I am a long time resident. I... know how it has been done in the past.
