How Is This Rating Determined?

Great place!

You know everyone has their own experience with things, so i want to say everything can't be perfect but this is a really nice place for me! Over looking the airport and river is so nice on those beautiful sunny days, nice staff and responsive to any issues i have. My unit is spacious, i love the high ceilings and white cabinetry, you can really make it your own.

Shady business, poor management

I don’t recommend living here. The property manager will only care about you until you sign your lease. The elevator goes out frequently, so if you do decide to live here you will get awesome calves. I once had water leaking into my apartment for 3 days before anyone addressed it. I had to send pictures of the damage before they believed me. There are much nicer apartments downtown that have amenities included. Save your money and look elsewhere.
