Don't expect your security deposit back
I lived at this apartment for 5 years. I took fantastic care of my apartment over the time and I was still withheld money on my security deposit. I had to spend weeks going back and forth with workers and managers to even get information on why my security deposit was withheld. They ignored me to start and then when they finally started making contact with them it took weeks to get photos of the "damage" and the story of where the damage was changed on multiple occasions. As someone who took... pride in taking care if their apartment it was very disheartening to be treated like that at the end of my lease. The apartments are decent but I wouldn't recommend unless you are fine with never expecting to get your deposit back. They'll find some way to keep it.
