Altair at the preserve receives 5 stars in my book !!!!!!

I move out of here early June, I have had a wonderful experience at Altair! Staff is super awesome, friendly, kind and considerate! Unfortunately, I am by nature a homeowner. Special shout out to Bristina Voelkel, she is a super star in my eyes! Great work whomever recruited Bristina! Make sure she continues to be happy!

very noisey

apartments themselves are beautiful however, if they would’ve built a retaining wall to combat the highway noise, it would be much better. You can hear your neighbors if you’re on the bottom floor garbage is an issue one dumpster for 333 units.? if you’re looking for a quiet area, this is not it

Thank you for your concerns with our community. Unfortunatly, the city will not allow us to build a retaining wall along the highway, we have already inquired about that. Since the property only has one compactor is the reason why we offer the... valet trash to be picked up from your door 4 days a week. We are sorry your experience with us has been less than perfect. If there is anything else we can do to help you, please let us know.

convenient location

Altair is in the middle of everything! Beautiful spacious apartments and a lot of fun amenities! Feels like I live in a resort!

Love it!

I have lived here for 2 years and still love it. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is wonderful, and the community feels very safe. The rent is a little high, but I do feel that I am paying for a very nice home so it’s worth it to me.
