SAVE YOURSELF. This complex is awful. I’ve gone over 40 days without A/C they offered a window unit to me on day 35 or 36 which at that point I had already had done out of my own pocket. Kim the Property Manager is Very Unpleasant, Unprofessional, and Will straight up lie to tenants. They also can’t prove they have even ordered this part. The cherry on top is these apartments are 5 years old but the A/C tech is almost 15 years old…

Just want to say I am moving in here in a couple weeks from out of state and Maggie has been magnificent! Toured complex the other day and is beautiful! I also met the manager and she is awesome too! Looking forward to my new home here!!!

Do not move here! This apartment complex is all about money. They recently reached out to me letting me know that I can transfer apartments in November because initially I wanted a 3 bedroom apartment. We spoke through email and I have all the copies asking me if I wanted the 3 bedroom apartment located right underneath me and I responded yes of course. The next day I went to the office to fill out my transfer and Maggie told me that they already gave that apartment away. I couldn’t believe what... I was hearing because I was told I can get the apartment. They don’t care about the tenants at all, all they care about is money! She wanted me to take another apartment which is way farther from my apartment I am in right now. What sense does that make to transfer all my belongings to an apartment farther from where I am currently staying. I also hate that the walls are super thin to be new apartments, can’t wait until my lease is up. This was my daughter’s first apartment after college. It was AMAZING!! I visited her several times and was so impressed with the wonderful amenities! The beautiful pool area, the beautiful, clean apartment with tons of storage and the perfect layout of the washer and dryer directly across from her walk-in closet - ingenious! But, the number one reason I loved this apartment was because I felt like my baby was safe! She’s had 2 apartments since and they just do not compare to the Jewel!
