Collins Terrace Apartments

I drove by and took a look. The place does not appear to be in a safe area. It also looks fairly run down. I saw a car parked on the street that was completely burnt up! If they can't manage the outside I fear what the inside looks like. It is situated right behind the dome. I can only imagine the noise and crime that happens there. Unless you are desperate for a cheap place to live, I would look elsewhere.

I move to STL in April of 2020 and this was the only place willing to let me move-in at the start of the pandemic. I rented site-unseen having moved from 4hrs away. In my two years living here, I don’t really have too many complaints. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and I haven’t had any issues with the office staff. I would continue to live here if I didn’t want out of the downtown area. The apartments aren’t the best, but you can’t expect too much for the price. Leasing office people call you rudely. It’s never as clean as the pictures and doesn’t look like the pictures. the space is small even though it says large and it’s a horrible place to live

I highly don’t recommend you live here. I would find bullet shell casing in my front yard. I heard a lot of gunshots and the building is infested with roaches. Even though the staff and the neighbors are very nice they need to get their infestation under control before they take anyone else’s money. You can find better for the price. I only stayed two months, was all I could take.
