The Residences at Tesson Ridge

Whenever an issue arises, dealing with the leasing office is a frustrating experience. The staff seems inexperienced and incompetent, making it incredibly difficult to get anything fixed. Additionally, despite superficial renovations, the building itself is very old and prone to constant problems. Expect to frequently deal with water leaks, heating failures, and unexpected pool closures. Initially, I thought the lake was a major selling point, but after living here for a year, I've realized it... is a liability. I moved from a house and was hesitant to move into an apartment. Luckily I found The Residences at Tesson Ridge. It's new and beautiful and convenient and the management, staff and residents are all very, very friendly.
