I have really enjoyed my time living here it's a convenient location. I've also really enjoyed all of my interactions with the staff. The leasing office has been great and maintenance has been prompt and very helpful.

Very nice pet friendly apartments with a great location. Management is very helpful and responds quickly. I love the smart technology in all the apartments. They have a very nice work out facility also.

Units are nice, staff is professional, and the area is quiet.
However, there have been major, ongoing internet issues over the years I’ve lived here. The problems started after a so-called “upgrade” years ago and have never really gone away. Expect periodic degradation in quality and even full outages that can last weeks at a time, with little transparency on when things will be fixed.
When asking for updates, management responded that I should “refrain from running additional scans,” claiming... it strains the network — even though tests like WinMTR or PacketLossTest send a trickle of data, less than a single YouTube stream. If a few diagnostic packets can cripple the network, that says a lot about its stability.
If you’re moving here expecting reliable high-speed internet as part of your rent, I’d recommend holding out or looking elsewhere until the infrastructure is truly fixed.

As stated above almost 15 years and we're very happy. Staff has ALWAYS went above and beyond. The maintenance staff is top notch. The recent upgrades/renos are amazing! One thing most people are wary of for apartments is whether or not there's been any bug issues. In all our almost 15 years THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY PEST ISSUES...AT ALL. Anyone that has lived in an apt bldg knows how phenomenal that is. It's just the cherry on top!
