Decent

Lived here for 6 years.

Pros:
-Free storage unit with every apartment
-Pool open in summer
-Clubhouse open all year with laundromat, pool table, and a small gym
-Close proximity to hospital & police station
-Child & pet friendly atmosphere, with a small dog park behind the apartments
-Some of the safest apartments to live in Sullivan (if not the safest)

Cons:
-Landlords are often unresponsive to maintenance requests
-All of the buildings have very poor ventilation; heat and cooling circulate... poorly in the winter & summer, dust accumulates very quickly
-Thin walls
-Storage units sometimes flood
