No Pool Security/Pool Crashers Nights/Weekends
Because the Oaks on Bonhomme (Mills Properties) has no pool security, and does not lock or secure pool area, we have tons of pool crashers in the evenings, and on the weekends. They are very loud with music, drinking, and partying late into the evening. They arrive after 5pm, after the property manager has left for the day, and bring coolers, pizzas, drinks, etc and basically have the run of the place until they are ready to go back to their homes.
This weekend we residents were informed via... email that the pool would be closed for maintenance. This morning, I did see a silver lock on the gate, but no sign letting people know that the pool was closed.
Just now as I returned from getting my mail, I counted 3 people in the pool, and the lock was no longer in place. The email acknowledged the problem with pool crashers and noise and suggested that residents call the police to report them. It should not be the resident's responsibility to provide security to the pool area at The Oaks on Bonhomme.
