Our AC was not working properly. Called Jillian at the office. She said we will get right on it. Within an hour, our AC was working again. It was concerning, because we have been experiencing very hot temperatures .

HVAC 89°F Work Order 9/5 I don't understand why the sane survey is generated from Opiniions after each maintenance work order to rate Oceanaire when no one has called us, looked at my problem, or rectified it. I would send the survey out once maintenance is completed work order.
It's been about 4 hours since I put an urgent work order in for urgent due to 89°F in my apartment. Acknowledgement to me or my son would be nice.
