great place

great place! I just moved here from south carolina and the staff was so accommodating throughout my entire transition. the grounds are very well kept, and the pool is so pretty! easy access to shopping and restaraunts!

fantastic place!

I just moved here from South Carolina, and love being here. Great location with quick access to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The staff has been so kind and accommodating throughout the process! The units are very well kept, as well as the grounds!

Great place

I lived when it was Belmont Apts between March 2013-March 2017 I loved it! Very quiet maintenance and front desk people were great! I would highly recommend living there

Highly recommend!

I moved from the east coast of Florida to here for another job opportunity and it was such an easy transition with The Sound. Kourtney was extremely accommodating to my family who visited the apartment while my partner and I were still in the moving process. Her team is excellent. The unit is a huge one bedroom with utilities included in monthly rent; which is less of a hassle in my opinion. I believe it is just under 1,000 sq. feet. The Sound also hosts events in the office for chances to win... deductibles on monthly rent. Highly recommend!
