A Hidden Gem in the historic Fondren/Belhaven area

This community is truly a hidden treasure in the historic Fondren and Belhaven area. The New Orleans style architecture gives it so much character and charm, it feels unique compared to anything else in the Jackson metro.

The grounds and buildings are well cared for, and it is clear that ownership takes pride in maintaining the community and preserving its personality. You can tell this is not just another cookie cutter property, it has a real sense of place and history.

The location is hard... to beat with quick access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Overall, this is easily one of the most distinctive and well maintained communities in the Jackson metro area.

Recommended

As a tenant of 2 years, I have loved living at Vieux Carre. Maintenance seems to always repair things in a timely manner and management is very helpful. Location is convenient as it is right off the interstate. There is always plenty of parking and it is always quiet around the property.
