I enjoy living at Ridgeland Place. It would be nice if there was more than one place for trash to be disposed of. I continue to see trash bags in the parking lot that have fallen off of car's hoods.

Overall quiet place to live but I don’t feel secure because the gate open and closes randomly every few seconds also summer is nearly over and the pool has been closed since the summer began. This is very off putting

Love it and it’s very quiet, I don’t have any problems. Work orders get done in a timely manner. Great amenities, very family oriented and great workers

Have enjoyed living at Ridgeland Place. I especially like having the option of splitting my rent into two payments because I still own a home in Alabama.

Living here has been good. It does have its ups and downs, like the young lady that sits in her car blasting music all the time. My apartment smells like smoke from time to time and I don’t even smoke. I’ve called in on it and they said they would handle it but not sure if it was or wasn’t. The people in the front office are very nice and it’s affordable to live here. I hope that part stays the same because I would love to continue being a resident here.
