They will work out any situation with you. If you need any help with anything in you apartment, let them know and they will handle it expeditiously. Good service, good environment, good customer service. Ask for Ms. Sheri or any of the wonderful managers and they will get back to you.

Trash place like the office management

POOR MANAGEMENT. The buildings are in poor condition. The swimming pool has not been cleaned since I don’t know when. No matter how you try to keep the place clean, you will see some roaches pop up every now and then. The place is not worth the price they are charging. This place is not renovated at all. Don’t waste your time here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I wish zero stars was an option. I've only been here for 4mths and I wish I had did my research. would NOT recommend! They have really bad plumbing and foundation issues! I had sewage coming up through my tub and every time it rained my bedroom floors would get wet. They have sandbags around my apartment to try to stop water but it doesn't help. They have NO cameras. and found that out after my car was broken into. They ONLY communicate through text msgs which is so unprofessional. Will txt you... all times of the day about rent payments. Complex pavement has so many potholes. Just save yourself the headache.
