Parking is available in the driveway. A vehicle is required to get around, and a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended year-round for best access, with 4WD/AWD vehicles with proper snow tires being required during winter months (October through April).

It provides easy skiing access to Bridger Bowl, only 7.5 miles away, and Bangtail Divide for mountain biking/hiking in the summer, making it a perfect base for outdoor adventures year-round. Bozeman itself offers world-renowned fly fishing, stunning mountains for outdoor activities, and a vibrant city experience with festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, art galleries, coffee shops, dining options, boutiques, and bars.
As the cabin is in a natural setting, you may encounter wildlife such as deer, rabbits, elk, mountain lions, and bears on or near the property. Please do not approach or feed any animals and keep a safe distance. Secure all food and trash properly. Cell service is not available until you reach the house and access Wi-Fi. Please remove all garbage and place it in the outdoor garbage can with the lid closed on the porch. Turn off all lights and heaters (in winter) to 55 degrees EXCEPT for the living room space heater, which must be left at 65 or 70 degrees and placed in front of the kitchen sink with cabinet doors OPEN. Turn off all lights, run the dishwasher, and make sure the fire is out.
