The apartment itself is very lovely, and looks very clean for some of the units. The second unit I moved into has terrible carpeting. Parking is lousy. If you live on the first or second floor you can hear everything your neighbor above you is doing.

I have lived here for the past four, almost five, years and the maintenance crew has always been great. They are very timely, polite, and professional. Anytime I have an issue (which is not often), these guys are on it at least by the next day, if not sooner. I’ve never had to wait for any service to pend that wasn’t reasonable. This recent past job require professionals from out of state, I expressed my concerned since I was not home at the time of the fix and I didn’t know these workers. They... stayed to watch to reassure me, and kept in touch during the whole process so I would be notified. I greatly appreciate what they do for this appartement complex, and a big part of why I stay where I am. Thank you!

I have lived in two different apartments at Mullan and had a wonderful experience with both. The apartments are beautiful and the management and maintenance teams are so nice to work with!
