Best office and Maintenance Staff

The Flats 540 in Apex offers so many options living here! We are very close to the Beaver Creek shopping area. Many great restaurants are very near Flats 540. Our office team is wonderful! Jamie, Jason and Savannah always greet me with a smile! They are always so friendly when I come into the office just to chat or ask a question.They are always organizing all these neat events… a great way to meet the people that live here! The maintenance team is very professional and knowledgeable. I put in... a request and Zach shows and it’s done!The landscaping here is very pretty and well maintained. I feel very safe living here which is very important to me. I love the fact there are grills and relaxing areas to socialize with friends. The inside of the clubhouse is great! Such a nice place to socialize. The gym is also a great way to stay in shape! Always so clean!
I am so lucky to have found this place I call home.

Lack of Communication

I moved out early with permission it just went bad from there.
I was e-mailed that I owed $250+ and I emailed back I moved out and paid up and 540 Flats sent e-mail back I'll forward to Property manager, received no reply and just got my Collections letter via e-mail called 540 Flats they said too bad. So I just paid to get out of Collections.
Stay away from this place.
