Beautiful Luxury Homes

I've had a wonderful experience at Village at Broadstone Station. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, dining, and everything Apex has to offer. The apts. are very spacious and thoughtfully designed with great amenities.
What truly sets this community apart is the exceptional management and leasing team. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the touring process to move-in and beyond, they make residents feel welcomed and... valued.

Great property in Apex!

Best Apartment Complex

Excellent place to live! It’s very safe and there’s no crime. There’s plenty of parking and garages available. Maintenance works very quickly and with quality work. The managers and team members in the leasing office are always very helpful and professional. Overall I’m very satisfied living here and I would not hesitate to renew my lease!
