Burton Hills

The leasing agent, Ingrid, got us moved in after the showing within 48 hours. Truly exceptional care! The apartments are layed out thoughtfully and well built.
The only improvement I could see being done are assigned parking spaces per unit as sometimes late at night there is no parking available in the entire community so the far-away overflow parking must be used.
For the most part, a great apartment community and leasing team!

I've lived in several apartments over the years. None of them compare to my experience at Burton Hills.

Honestly, the staff there were always very attentive to anything that I brought up to them - though, I there really were very few things that I had to talk about.

Instead, they regularly held events, kept us all informed... and always made sure the fancy coffee machine was working (I wouldn't be able to make through my mornings without that coffee!).

I'm only leaving Burton Hills because... changes in my life demands it. Otherwise, I would have no problem staying longer.

I lived at The Harrison in downtown Asheville and now Burton Hills. The same property management company owns both so when I moved across town, I wanted to stay with them because I trust them.
The view and location are fantastic! There is little noise. Their amenities are well maintained. I love having my trash picked up so I don’t have to drop it at the dumpster. I just recently moved into the community but have loved it so far. Mayron the maintence tech has been so professional and kind. We appreciate Mayron and Andy for what they have done.
