Burton Hills

I've lived in several apartments over the years. None of them compare to my experience at Burton Hills.

Honestly, the staff there were always very attentive to anything that I brought up to them - though, I there really were very few things that I had to talk about.

Instead, they regularly held events, kept us all informed... and always made sure the fancy coffee machine was working (I wouldn't be able to make through my mornings without that coffee!).

I'm only leaving Burton Hills because... changes in my life demands it. Otherwise, I would have no problem staying longer.

I lived at The Harrison in downtown Asheville and now Burton Hills. The same property management company owns both so when I moved across town, I wanted to stay with them because I trust them.
The view and location are fantastic! There is little noise. Their amenities are well maintained. I love having my trash picked up so I don’t have to drop it at the dumpster. I didn’t know I needed that in my life until I had it. The maintenance team is responsive, kind, and thorough. The whole team... is amazing. I love living here! Read More

I just recently moved into the community but have loved it so far. Mayron the maintence tech has been so professional and kind. We appreciate Mayron and Andy for what they have done.

I had a great experience with this apartment complex when signing on for a 2 bed 2 bath. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and answer my many questions. I highly recommend.
