The Aventine Asheville

I’ve lived in a few apartment complexes in the area over the years, so I’m clear on the things I like and don’t like. Aventine checked all my boxes: an apartment with a (gorgeous) view, a place to walk my pup, great amenities and appliances, helpful/professional staff, manicured property, convenient location. I feel lucky to have landed here!

Despite the property being slightly out of reach for us, Ed truly made us consider stretching our budget due to his professionalism, pride in management and knowledge of the area. We've toured 20 properties in Asheville and the views and management are second to none in Asheville.

One of the best things about this apartment community is how peaceful and spacious it feels compared to so many newer properties. The location is fantastic, and the entire community is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and well-maintained landscaping that make it feel established, relaxing, and inviting year-round. It truly has a neighborhood feel instead of feeling overcrowded or packed onto a tiny piece of land like many apartment communities today.

Another huge plus is the amount of... parking available. There is plenty of space for residents and guests, which makes everyday life so much more convenient and stress-free. You never feel like you’re fighting for a parking spot at the end of the day.

As a dog owner, I also really appreciate the walking paths throughout the community. They make it easy and enjoyable to take my dog on walks while enjoying the scenery and peaceful atmosphere. The open layout, green space, and shaded areas from the mature trees make it such a pleasant place to spend time outside. I have lived in apartments for years, but this complex beats them all so far. Not only is there an elevator in every building, there’s also an in unit washer and dryer. The property’s beauty speaks for itself but the community here is so friendly. People are truly happy to live here. The staff is truly happy to work here. I’m lucky to be apart of the community!
