The Google reviews are not realistic compared to reality.... It's way better!!!! You're in the South so in the summer time you need a dehumidifier to decrease condensation on the inside of your apartment or garage, that's just common sense. The apartments were built just 6 years ago and the inside of the apartments have updated windows, brand new appliances, quartz countertops and it's very safe here. There are a few local police that live in the facilities so I'm sure that helps with safety.... I've walked around the entire grounds and haven't seen any dog poop or litter... and all the neighbors are so friendly and considerate. The leasing office agents were particularly kind and welcoming and made me feel like I had a new friend when this is my first time moving to the South for work. The rental deals that they have year long are unmatched by other apartments in the Asheville surrounding area (and I mean WAY cheaper with the discounts of first time moving in). Strongly do NOT recommend!
The apartment management and owners do not care if there is mold in your unit — even if you have small children. We complained about headaches, sent them photos, and even provided a positive mold air test, and they still told us we had to live there until the end of our lease or pay a move-out fee. They only care about money, not your health.
If you have wet spots on the ceiling, they will just paint over them. The spots come back because there are holes in the roof.... That’s exactly what we experienced while living in Unit 625 for two years.

When I arrived in 2020, the management was very friendly and organized. As time went by, they started changing staff consistently. The garage is full of moles, and maintenance is worse. They do not wear booties when it rains. Your whole floor gets wet and dirty. My toilet seat covers always come loose after I tighten them up after three days. So I called maintenance, and Michael specifically told me they do not change the seat covers or tighten them up. It's up to me to keep tightening them.... They are not entitled to take off their shoes, but who gets to clean the mess? For the past three days, I have requested a weather rubber strip to be replaced because the cold air keeps coming in, but they never sent anyone out; I had to walk to the office, and still, no one showed up. Maintenance VM never calls you back, and getting someone on the phone is hard. Paying rent can be hard, and we get penalized when we don't, but they do not do their part. The apartments are nice enough and fairly spacious but the property is terrible. No one picks up after their dogs so you either want to get some dedicated dog walking shoes or get your pup regularly tested because of how much it gets stepped in. There’s only 1 trash and 1 recycling dumpster for the entire complex which overflows with bags/furniture after a busy weekend. Management sends out emails and puts up kitschy signs but doesn’t do anything to actually address the issues

The apartments are average but nothing great. Make sure you look through the lease carefully, they get you on a lot of things, especially when you move out. They charge a administrative fee to do marketing and rent the apartments, this should be paid for by their corporate company not by renters. Also, they use cheap paint that scratches easy and then charge you $150+ to paint that would take 5 minutes. Loud neighbors and out of control animals made it even worse but if you have loud dogs then... this is the place for you. Read More
