Nice and quiet community with many amenities. I have enjoyed how safe I feel while living in this complex. I would recommend living here to anyone who asks.

Stay here for quite a while, like the space of the apartment and the community overall envirement.

However, quality seems getting lower.
Such as cleaness issue in common area:
BBQ area trash all over frequently,
swimming pool untidy, broken facilities in the gym,
gym entrance door often Jammed or stuck.
Dumpster, reash/recycle area untidy often.
Resident's guest's misbehave, unknow vehicle long term parking...etc.

It's kind of mixed with resident's behaviour, community management and...
maintenance. From my honest personal opnion.

I understand the enviroment need all to maintain, but as majaorty (I believe ), we are eager and taking care of our community.
Hopefully, we can all doing more and for the living.

THANK YOU for the efforts.

The issues (few and miniscule) are simple and not major in any way, I can assume that maintenance is focused on residential apartments, which is more important.

I have had a positive experience here. I do feel that maintenance has been less responsive, but also feel that my minor fixes do not take priority over more major issues, such as AC. There is minimal noise in and out of the apartment from neighbors, so it's a peaceful environment. There is always plenty of parking by my building which is a huge plus and it's not too far from activities, downtown, and supermarkets. I do wish there was an easier way to meet my neighbors as I'm often at work during... events and it seems that primarily families go to events or neighbors are dropping in and do not stay to meet each other. Overall, it's a good experience and it's a nice apartment with all the amenities I need and was looking for

I have only lived here three days, but the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable. And my neighbors seem to be incredibly friendly and welcoming.
