DON'T

Just be aware of the things that happen in the parking lot on the weekends !!! Police there alot!! Management picks and chooses on everything. Apts are very damp and mustey !!

Nasty

This place is covered in mold. Repairs are impossible to get. We lived without a functional stove for at least 8 months until I went over managments head. Every square inch of grassy areas here is inches deep in dog fecies and trash. They've totally stopped quarterly maintenance changing the filters and checking for leaks and smoke alarms. There's always drug selling in parking lot and weekly police visits. Directly behind my apartment there was gun fire over drugs. Finally I installed cameras... for my own safty. They are pet friendly with exceptions of a list of dogs which happen to be the only dogs you'll see there. There's more pit bulls here than any other breed. If you have children definitely stay away from here. At least ask Burlington PD, they can give you a long list of events that have took place here. This place don't deserve 1 star.
