We love living in this community. The location is great for all things Chapel Hill and Durham. Staff is responsive and helpful and amenities are perfect for our family.

Cosgrove Hill Apartments is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s close to several grocery stores, UNC, and Duke. The location is convenient, and the management is helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful community.

Kevin, Paul, and Mike are so accessible and responsive to residents’ needs, and the apartments are beautiful and well insulated (read: comfy, quiet, and energy efficient)! I’ve been at Cosgrove Hill for a year and a half and have loved living here, and so does my pup!

This place is the best! I have lived at many places in Chapel Hill that were nothing like Cosgrove. They built these apartments to sell them but something happened and now they rent. You can tell because my apartment is beautiful! Kevin, Paul, and Mike do a great job at running the place. My only complaint is the trash dumpster is far from my place so I usually drive. They should think about valet trash service. You won’t be sorry you rented here!
