I had a great move-in experience, and I want to give a special shout-out to Devoun Lawson. From start to finish, Devoun was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure everything was ready for my move-in day. It’s clear he genuinely cares about residents and goes the extra mile to make sure we feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Loved my unit

I just moved to Andover woods on 5/5/25 and my apartment is huge and beautiful. Staff at the office was very nice and helpful. Rebecca help me and she was wonderful.

New and Improved!

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 5 years and I've seen the ups and downs of it but with the new maintenance team and office staff my entire experience and as well maintenance orders have been 100x better. They are always trying to genuinely improve and have events for the community

Amazing Apartment:)

I recently moved into my new apartment and I am extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by the manager leasing staff and the maintenance staff the property and outstanding amenities, including a dog park pool in a fitness center. My overall experience has been excellent. I am truly appreciate my renovated department.
