poor communication
Good luck trying to get a tour or anyone to answer the phone in the leasing office. I finally got through to someone to schedule a virtual tour two weeks ahead of time and when the day/ time came no one bothered to call nor bothered to answer after me attempting to call 6 times. Disappointing and needs to do better.
The confirmation email and text the day before was pointless
