Emerson at Montford Park

Generally speaking I found Emerson to be a great place to live. The location is great; it is within walking distance to grocery and retail stores, nightlife, etc, and is in a great area for walking, running, and biking. The staff are friendly and attentive to residents’ needs. There are some great amenities-pool, dog park, fitness center, etc. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. Recently there has been a lot of fire alarm testing, which has been less than... desirable, and there was a carbon monoxide alert which for me created concern and confusion as there was no email communication from staff about it. I thought the alert was real and only learned that it was a test after calling the front office. There were no subsequent emails about it. Emerson at Montford Park is a great place to live! The leasing staff and property management care about their residents and make you feel comfortable living here. The amenities are a great bonus, including the pool which makes you feel like you’re at a resort!

Also, maintenance is wonderful here and they work fast to fix any requests you have. Nice people who care about your living experience.

This is the best place we have ever lived do not want to move, it is clean, management is nice and helpful, amenities are great. Place is awesome

Everything about the apartment is great other than the constant noise from upstairs. It’s a clean, nice place to live and in a great neighborhood. The inside and outside of the apartment are well maintained. The only negative is insane amounts of noise from upstairs and hearing people stomping around from 6:45 in the morning until 9 pm at night. You can hear everything. Lived here for 4* years now. Overall it’s okay - wish they would clean the elevators more frequently they get gross quickly. Amenities are nice. Havent attended an event lately but they used to be fun
