I am happy with my decision on making Harris Pond my new home. Monique was very professional, excellent clear effective communication skills, and answered all of my questions promptly. I would like to give Brandon much praise, he completed my work orders in a timely manner.

Peaceful community doesn't feel like apartments have space not to interfere with other families the water is a plus and to relax with just taking a stroll around the lake

Monique were awesome throughout my whole process she answer all question return all phone calls made my move easy maintenance crew seem nice I had issues with the key and the resolve the problem quickly

Since the new manager Ricco took over things have change for the better, we were planning to leave before he came, but with the professional way in which he does his job and the respect that he shows the tenants, and the way he motivates the employees to do their job and appreciates and respect them, this is now home, the community is clean and quiet.
