Quite, peaceful and my neighbors are well respectful. I love it here for my grandkids. My view of the pond is beautiful and the walks around it is very peaceful and relaxing.

I have been a resident here for 3 years and I’ve had my ups and downs. Stairwells could be more cleaner. Windows could use an upgrade as well as my flooring.

Move in was easy and smooth. The apartment is nice. Shower wasn’t draining when moved in and put in a work order for it but no response so far. Trash compactor is filled to the brim. Outdoor light doesn’t work. Overall good but 3 stars because it’s too soon to give an accurate rating.
