I really enjoy all the amenities that Midtown 205 provides. As well as how convenient of a location it is, being so close to the Light Rail I am able to explore more of Charlotte than I otherwise would have been able to.

Life at Midtown 205 Has Been Hell

Where do I even start? Can I simply say that since I've moved here, my wife and I's lives have been made miserable. Car break ins, weed smoke in the hallways constantly, crazy loud people outside our window all hours of the night, and cops busting someone all the time right next door. The fire alarms are often, random, and insanely loud to the point that I may have hearing loss and I fear what it's doing to my poor pets. An incredible list of junk fees that are mandatory, and none (and I mean... NONE) of the amenities are kept up. They've failed on their promise to open the pool by Memorial Day and I doubt it will even be read for the 4th of July.

Life here has been HORRIBLE. I strongly advise you to RUN from this place. It is not safe, it is not comfortable, and you will be jerked around by the management and maintenance team from the day you sign to the day you leave. I've had to absolutely fight the staff here for the bare minimum. Truly such a bad place to live.

My husband and I sold our townhome in Cotswold in 2021during the wild sellers market. We knew we wanted to buy in this area…but wanted to wait since it was truly a sellers market. This apartment was supposed to be temporary. Neither of us is handy…so whatever needs to be done within our home, we always had to hire someone…..the maintenance here has always been top notch. In a nutshell…the thought of home ownership soon was a fleeting thought. We are boomers and are completely happy here. The... lifestyle is wonderful, we are in atop corner unit and have neverrr heard anyyyy apartment noise. Management is great…we are very pleased.

I enjoy my apartment, the amenities, garage access and the cleanliness of the property. As a tenant of a couple of months, many features of the apartment weren’t discussed. The light on the balcony, not near the area, the cooling and heating remote wasn’t explained and when I took it downstairs to ask for explanation, no one could explain. Maintenance was called to explain. It was not shared that there is not a communication system for guest visiting…no bell. a guest must use there phone to... call a tenant and the tenant must go downstairs to let the guest in the building. The cable service that is mandatory for the building,
