Excellent service, great maintenance!

Excellent service, great maintenance, the views to the ponds are outstanding. Let's not missed on location, I love how close I am to the center and Matthews township, everything is nearby!

I do not recommend

they are irresponsible, they require future tenants to meet all the requirements but they do not meet the delivery date of the apartment and offer you the available units with a higher price and if you do not accept said unit they will not return the money. administrative expenses.

Just go to a nicer spot

They’ll have you schedule tours for floor plans that do not exist. The Devonshire isn’t even a real floor plan. Don’t bother your time the reviews of actual residents suck and then the website is false advertising. Better amenities for same prices somewhere else.
