Great apartments to live.

I have spent two wonderful years in this community. It’s peaceful, clean, and secure—truly a great place to call home. The amenities are excellent, and any concerns I had were always addressed promptly. A big thank you to Ariana, Kiana, and Germy from the leasing office for their outstanding support
Hopefully, the move-out process will be just as smooth.

Check your vents for mold

Multiple units have mold in their vents. Maintenance does as little as possible to “fix” apartments up and put them back up for rent. The new lead maintenance guy is not qualified for the job and doesn’t treat his coworkers very well.

Very comfortable & spacious apartment.

Wonderful place to live. The staff and service are great. There is a great saltwater pool that you can enjoy year round. They have several socials during the year where you can meet & greet friends old and new.
