Waterford Square Apartments

AC unit broke well over a month ago, have been told multiple times we are on a "list" for a new one. Have checked in multiple times at the office and now we are just told they don't have an ETA on when the units/replacements will arrive and be installed. Forewarning if you decide to live here, if anything critical goes wrong with your unit do not expect to get it resolved within weeks or even months, essentially you have to wait out your lease and move to "solve" the issue.

After touring these apartments its gonna be a no for me. There was poop on the sidewalk.

Vintage Kistchen supplies. very old.
Cockroaches every where and you have to pay for pest control. much better to visit lowes and spray by yourself.
Nobody listen to you.
Bad and pooor maintenace. do do go to your work just stay at home to follow your appartement issues.

Honest Review. It's July 2022. I moved here in 2019. I needed a quick apartment that I could find last minute. This was cheap and spacious.. but what I didn't realize was how terrible the upkeep to keep the ROACHES out of our apartments. I've literally dealt with this for 3 years. I'm so tired of this and will be moving out. I have no idea how they keep getting in. They need to do better. There's a reason they are so low priced relative to everywhere else. BECAUSE THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

the price may be lower then some.. but you get nothing for it and they are raising prices way too high each year.

pools have never opened on time in 5 years.. and they have 2 pools (again neither are open at this time), there is trash all over the walkways and yards and they dont clean it up just run it over with mowers. the "gym" is outdated and only open very short hours when most people are at work -which makes it useless. maintenance takes forever to come (currently waiting 2 weeks... for 4 items) complaining does nothing. Their "dog park" is useless and actually is unsafe for animals. They have dog poop everywhere because they rarely take the trash out of the bins and they almost never replace the dog poop bags (its been at least 2 months since ive seen them in numerous holders) Buildings are older which is fine, but inside is not being updated unless you want to pay super high new monthly amount .

In order to keep up and try to be a contender in the area... they need to improve the gym to be open at least until 10 or 11pm with updated equipment (currently only open when the front office is open) , they need to improve their prices for the current residents, they need to make sure the pool opens by memorial day every single year and they need to do more cleaning up to improve the look.
