The Linden Apartments

Very responsive property management. I appreciated their help in the apartment moving in process, and coordination with Cort for furniture.

My husband and I have loved living at the Linden. We are so grateful for our apartment in the heart of Davidson. We will miss this place when we move next year.

Great location for walking to restaurants or shops, or for driving onto the interstate. No major noise complaints, and the amenities are nice. The lobby is always clean.

Place has so far been pretty great. Everything is clean and nice and the staff is friendly. Have not had many complaints. Location is very nice and helpful as well with all the local things in the area.

The new apartment is much better. The old one had some serious acoustic issues. It was like a bass drum whenever the person upstairs would move around. And if they were being loud, for any reason, I could hear every bit of it. Funny at first, later very annoying.
The view from the patio here is wonderful. I wish they had built the patios a few feet longer though. Hard to move around out there once you put out a few chairs and small table.
Many times the hallways smell like trash or dirty dogs.... They have valet trash service and many residents don’t follow the rules and put the cans out with lid closed. It’s pretty gross smelling what some people put in the hallway. And the dirty dogs, I don’t understand… We literally have a dog washing station downstairs. It’s free… please wash your dirty dogs!!
Overall, I’m good here. It’s not luxury living, like the prices would lead you to believe. But it’s better than a lot of other properties that don’t even try. Read More
