No parties or excessive noise are permitted at any time; repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. Normal conversation, TV, casual music, cooking, and laughing will not trigger a violation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Guests must select a $500 refundable security deposit or a $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay). Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time; unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.
