Been here nearly a year and while the buildings are on the older side and there are nonsense fees ("pest control"), it's been an overall positive experience. It is a well-managed and a caring-enough place, in a great location.

Decent, I think the price should be lower but other than that decent. Lived here for almost a year so far. Love Ahmed he is amazing and gets the job done. Definitely made my apartment livable after the issues with moving in

Community os nice and quiet enough parking for everybody
Neighbor are friendly and nice
The office always respond to whatever you need !
