Our experience living here (8 yrs) has been great. Management and maintenance crews have been responsive and nice. We are happy here. Neighbors have been friendly.

An excellent location, so close to Southpoint Mall shopping and restaurants, together with good amenities, such as the salt water pool, gym and meeting rooms, and the newly built outside grilling facilities, as well as excellent maintenance and a friendly and professional staff, make the Lodge at Southpoint apartments a desireable place to live .

I chose this property based upon the beautiful curbside appearance & upkeep of the property as well as the high level of maintenance and awesome property management. My experiences have proven consistently positive and any concerns I've have had were expeditiously addressed with a positive resolve.

Courtney has been very efficient
Mary has been extremely responsive.
We are very disappointed about the kids playground being replaced with absolutely nothing benefiting families.
Sad they removed the movie theater too. That removes all the family fun nights, besides the pool.. unless its heated. We limited on pool fun. Also what is this 2 person per tenant? How can we throw birthday parties for my kids? This place unfortunately is not family friendly ??
