Better than most places but nothing too crazy
Just an affordable nice community in a good location. Office staff super friendly. Maintenance staff is quick to respond.

Neighborhood is clean and quiet. I feel safe here and wouldn't ask for more! The convenience of the stores across the street and mall just a few blocks down the road has made me a lazy person for sure! Going on 2 yrs here with no regrets.
