Lodge at Southpoint

I still enjoy living here! It's been nearly 5 years, though I won't be renewing again as I'd like to have a change of scenery to downtown Raleigh. The Lodge at Southpoint has served me very well, and I love having walking distance access to services, shops, and etc. I shall certainly miss some of this to be sure. Though the location I'm moving to downtown will certainly have a more lively feeling, and I think it's time to experience something new! I would still recommend living here, though a... car wash stall/bay would be amazing to have, and there's some pathing improvements I think that could be made to reach the tobacco trail from the apartment property. The best apartment community I have ever lived at in nearly twenty years of cross country apartment living. The staff is outstanding, the location ideal and they consistently make upgrades to not just to the main/common areas but the apartments themselves.

Every team member here is so professional yet friendly, competent, respectful and really seem to love working here.

We are pleased that the maintenance folks cleared and salted the sidewalks, even between the handicapped car parking (the first ice storm but not the second snowstorm); sidewalks both times. Everything else has been fine.

I love living at the Lodge! It's close to target and other amenities and all of the staff and residents are so great. I could really live here for the long-haul.
