Security is a huge concern BEWARE!
The management and office staff are extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When residents come to them with legitimate concerns, there is little to no effort made to actually resolve the issue. The customer service is unacceptable.
The lack of security cameras is also a major problem. When incidents occur, residents are left without the basic security measures you would expect from an apartment complex.
How can you not have a single camera covering the parking lot or any other part of the... property? That is completely unacceptable, especially when residents have incidents and management has no footage to review.
I bet if one of the grills or a few of the patio chairs went missing, there would suddenly be a solution and someone would be scrambling to fix the problem. Funny how priorities seem to work around here.
And if you have to deal with Mesha/Marsha, good luck. Her attitude and customer service skills are seriously lacking. She comes across as someone who is simply there to collect a paycheck rather than actually assist residents. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how residents are treated and who they have representing the property.

I already know the response will be a generic, scripted message that goes nowhere and does absolutely nothing to address the actual concerns being raised. Save the response and put that energy into actually fixing the problems.**
