Been here nearly a year and while the buildings are on the older side and there are nonsense fees ("pest control"), it's been an overall positive experience. It is a well-managed and a caring-enough place, in a great location.

Decent, I think the price should be lower but other than that decent. Lived here for almost a year so far. Love Ahmed he is amazing and gets the job done. Definitely made my apartment livable after the issues with moving in
