Cape Fear Townhomes

this is one of the prettiest townhome complexes i have seen in a while. Beautifully remodeled inside and out. Management is very helpful and quick to respond.

You can hear all the traffic and the traffic by the light is nonstop. People often rev their engines. There is a very neglected dog park here. They have cleaned it once in the 10 months I’ve lived here. You have to pay for valet trash and pest control monthly but the pest control has never come for a maintain spray. Speaking of maintenance, if you have a request for something expect to wait over a month for them to even check what’s wrong then several more days/weeks for them to actually fix it....
