Carlson Bay Apartments

I came here because I had to. Apartments do smell like smoke, no matter how much you clean and use plugins. Surrounding buildings are trashy and the gutters are literally hanging off the building in the back. The laundry room is down and the dumpster is 90% full or broken. Management is rude and it takes forever for maintenance to fix anything around here. They are raising rent and I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is the maintenance team helping me out within 24 hours. Other than that, my apartment smells like smoke despite me cleaning the walls, we've had lots of criminal incidents outside the building, and the rise of rent for a mediocre studio. Don't come unless you have to, which was my case.

The furthest thing from Luxury, very cheap and very dirty. Management is extremely rude and just a flat out disappointment, they care nothing about their residents..,
