NONE OF THESE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! THIS ONE IS!!

Quiet neighborhood, yes! And that’s it. Very limited space for storage. Small closets. Bugs bugs and more bugs especially during the summer. W/D hookups outside in the only storage closet. Very unprofessional staff. Trash doesn’t get picked up unless you call and complain. Did I say staffing was unprofessional?? Oh I did but I had to say it again. If you don’t use the portal to pay your rent (which you pay for) your rent will not be put in on time and they will try to evict you! Oh and they... charge you to pay your rent as well through the portal. Small bathrooms. NO AMENITIES! NONE! Parking is for anyone. Designated parks are not honored. One guy has 6 cars and parks them in your space and will not move unless you threaten to call a tow truck. VERY SMALL KITCHENS AND AGAIN NO STORAGE SPACE. Some units don’t have drawers in kitchen to put your utensils. Some of the windows don’t open. Cheap flooring that will rip or tear. Horrible painting. Different spots have discoloration. I could go on and on……

Rent here if you want, guarantee you won’t renew your lease.
