The apartment and the leasing office is nice. But please read the reviews! I made that mistake. Even the ones from 5 years ago are still true unfortunately. Depending on what building you're at there is a lot of traffic noise which is to be expected. My complaints would be that if you live under a dog owner, some of them (also just from my experience) don't take their dogs outside to play. Instead, they play with them inside so we can hear it. Our neighbors play with their dogs for hours. The... floors are thin and you can hear footsteps. Then there is something that will bang or scratch at the wall (maybe a washing machine?). Depending on your schedule or preference, these sounds probably won't fit for you. I should've thought about these things before I moved in but you live and you learn. I've also reported the noise but their isn't much they can do I assume since nothing has changed. We just have to leave as soon as our lease is up...
