Nobody will answer your phone call regarding things going wrong with the apartment. Nobody maintains the gutters so they pour when it rains. There’s always trash everywhere. The neighbor smell comes through your vent so if they’re smoking, you can smell it instantly. People have pets and they don’t pay for them. They’re using the bathroom behind the apartment. Everything is cheaply done.

Heavy nonresident traffic, police is present at least once a week, personal properties and vehicles are tamper with, fights breaking out in the parking lot, broke down vehicles parked, and the exterior parking lot light pole for the residents has been out for over a year, pitch dark at night.
