I put in for a washer and dryer one person told me a couple days another said 2 weeks it’s going on a month, no communication about it, I honestly don’t believe they ever put my request in the system, not a good look here it is 4/5/36 going into the 5th week.

So far the residential experience has been good, of course a few hiccups at the beginning but they straighten out quickly. I enjoy the property, the staff, and the apartment.

so far everything is great the water is hot the ac/heat works the space is nice and quiet the staff was very helpful and friendly they answered all of my questions

Security lights on buildings need to be repaired.
I've tried to communicate with front office but all I get is promises - been going on for over 4 yrs now. The lack of lighting creates breakins and unsafe conditions
for residents.
