Overall, the community is pleasant, and I've had a good experience. I do feel that the maintenance team could improve its response time and provide a higher level of customer service. Other than that, everything has been good.

Maintenance was quick to get in and fix what needed to be addressed upon my move in. Although there have been a few other minor issues, the team is responsive and I appreciate that very much.

We have been here for over two years and, overall, we really enjoy it. The apartment is perfect for our family and it feels like home. We love our upstairs neighbors, who have become friends. There are things we wish the management company cared about more—like dead flowers at the entrance, overall landscaping, the unsightly “guard house” blinds at the gates, and other details around the complex. However, if you want a quiet, enjoyable place to call home—this is a great option!

My experience with the application and process for moving into Bridford Lake was good and easy with the help of Justin. He was very thorough and patient which was great!

I’ve only just moved in so far it’s been great besides the few things wrong with the apartment that have been resolved by maintenance already. I will say the apartment was not cleaned before I was allowed to move in even though the leasing agent said it was cleaned twice.
