HAMPTONS AT COUNTRY PARK

I can’t justify giving a good review.

The property manager Mitch lacks any good customer service skills, lacks professionalism, he is rude, arrogant, condescending, and will try to flip any issue you bring to him to be addressed right back to you. While having an I don’t care mentality.

There have been serveral time I’ve woke up in the middle of the night and had found a roach crawling around.

Just recently they posted we need to do annual pest control. This is not done yearly at all.

I’ve... woken up in the middle of the night to sounds of things crawling behind behind my wall.

The old management used to do things yearly.

We will upgrade cabinets, steam clean your rug or small things like that. But not any more.

This apartment complex is not premier as they say the appliances and cabinets still look like something out of the 70s or 80s(they have been around since the mid 70s).

The current property manager got ride of the old maintenance crew (which they were awesome and would have granted a 2 star review). But they left due to having issues with Mitch.

The owners of this company need to
A. Fire the property manager Mitch(which would be best)
B. Force him to take customer service class (and a lot of them).

Remember do your research and know Mitch doesn’t care about your issues. He is extremely rude, arrogant, dismissive, condescending, and lacks any professionalism skills.

Have really enjoyed my time living here. Love the proximity to country park

Took them weeks to replace the dishwasher from the 90s after it started leaking. Every night i would have to place towels in my kitchen and every day i'd have to dry those towels so they could continue to soak up water. This was their front desk's advice to me too. Right as they are raising the rent too. They refused to replace the Dishwasher that hardly cleaned anything until the leaking started affecting neighbors too. There is for sure water damage in the walls now, combined with the... constant cockroaches too. They threatened the whole building with the police because someone smell pot. It okay older apartments needs new windows and doors the apartment above me needs a new floor its squeaks badly but the maintenance is good and the staff is very friendly. I have live here for 6 years because the rent is not bad and the size of the apartments are good/

I moved to The Hamptons in October 2013 and it's been a pleasure. Very quite setting.
The staff very friendly! I would recommend this complex to everyone.
Family oriented and great for college students as well.
