Great Apartment
I have been living at NorthLake apartment since 2021 and I am still here, Kim is a great apartment manager, she is always helping and always have a beautiful smile on her face, that's the kind of management I like seeing. NorthLake may have it's little problem but that's everywhere.. the only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because nothing isn't perfect.

Great community
I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time. A lot of the review I see are misleading. Office staff can not complete a work request it has taken 1-2 days for a fix that I wouldn’t consider an emergency and no more than 24 hours for an emergency. Great job North Lakes

DON'T DO IT!
This was the worst apartment decision of my life. I have had SO many maintenance issues and it takes 1 month or more for anything to get fixed. We also have roaches. You cannot get any help from the office. They hardly ever answer their phones and have changed their email address multiple times! Poor management and not nearly enough maintenance for a place that is falling apart.
